    Currently we are looking for our next: Procurement Indirects Fleet Coordinator LATAM

    Which is the main objective of this role?

    The Procurement Fleet Sr Coordinator is responsible for Tires, Telemetry and MHE supporting LATAM. This role will provide negotiation Strategy based on 7 steps sourcing process, supply management knowledge, visibility to cross-functional teams, financial planning and analysis while partnering with stakeholders to support sourcing and business strategies. It reports to the Procurement Fleet Manager LATAM, COE, and it is responsible for a managed spend of approximately $22mmUSD | aprox 70 suppliers (includes legal contracts) | and a yoy productivity estimated in -6.5% of cost.

    What will you be doing?

    • Setting strategic direction for programs delivering improved total cost of ownership (year-over-year productivity) aligned to local market conditions (understand key cost drivers, industry trends and best practices) considering short and long term.

    • Executing contract management process including Amendments, Letters of Authorization (LOAs), Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreements (CNDAs), Master Agreements, Transaction Confirmations and leading supplier conflict resolution.

    • Project Management

    • Continually assessing supplier performance to standards (improve supplier's performance).

    • Ensure accurate and timely creation of monthly and annual financial planning and forecasting in partnership with manager and director level operations and finance teams.

    • Participate with cross-divisional business teams including legal, finance, operations, treasury and other stakeholders in the successful implementation of strategies and project planning.

    • Leads RFP, RFQ, RFI, competitive bids, and other miscellaneous projects.

    Qualifications

    Who are we looking for?

    • Bachelor Degree in Business Engineering, Administration, Economics or other related fields is preferred.
    • Relevant experience in procurement (+5 years), supply chain, operations or a related field.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Fleet Knowledge
    • Experience with various procurement tools (SAP, DocuSign, ARIBA).
    • Proficient in basic Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
    • Project management skills.
    • Experience in Fleet Procurement , Fleet Purchasing.
    • Spanish and English (Advance).
    • Comfortable with and effective communicating (verbal and written) with all stakeholders: Spanish and English are required for this position.
    • Commercial contracting ,Legal Control & Application experience.
    • Knowledge of financial markets.
