    Job Overview

    In this role you will be responsible for coordinating, prioritising and scoping enhancement or changes to the Marketing Technology capabilities supporting Total onnection Planning Activation activities across the Europe Sector. This is where campaigns and their content are published onto the relevant channels to the right audiences (personalized where possible), monitored for effectiveness and reviewed/changed in-flight. You will be working directly with the business leads, project managers and IT to understand and shape business requirements and prioritise them for development.

    Responsibilities

    • Review and streamline current processes (together with IT):
      • Clarify Roles & Responsibilities; Deliverables for TCP, IT Sector, Data, IT Global, AdTech, Data Privacy, Data Stewardship Team
      • Develop Roadmap for 1PD Y23Y24
      • Review ensure TCP centric 1PD acquisition process ( R&R of Brand Team, agencies, MarTech, legal team)
      • Review data collection process, ensure map out blockers and ensure no losses
      • Ensure clear consent collection & storage process working with IT and Data Privacy team
    • Optimize consumer experiences to drive stronger acquisition:
      • Review Cheetah experience to ensure BIC consumer journey to strengthen conversion to registration
      • Validate un-subscription status (based on UK and NL) and build CRM framework for to strengthen status to keep data base (run diagnostics of current state, value of e-mail marketing, how to approach, recourses available, templates to use, benchmarks)
      • Review & build BIC e-mail templates
    • T&L & CODIFY USE CASES to drive evolution of 1PD martech ecosystem:
      • Validate CDP use cases based on market maturity stage
      • Deploy CDP T&L use cases for key markets: lead set up working together with Brand Teams, IT, CDP, media agency
      • Codify learnings from T&L use cases to scale it to the rest of the markets
      • Validate & T&L 1PD MarTech opportunities (ex. Whats app ecosystem deployment)
      • Work closely with TR MarTech team to exchange the learnings & build EU central learnings on 1PD Martech ecosystem
      • Validate cDNA & CDP set up and ensure synergy of application
    • SCALE BIC 1PD MArtech Application to drive Max Value from 1PD ecosystem
      • Scale BIC use cases to the rest EU markets according to roadmap

      • Ensure smooth deployment and application

      • Orchestrate cooperation with IT, AdTeck, Media, Brand, Data Privacy and Data Stewardship teams to ensure smooth processes

      • Own KPI's and deliverables of 1PD MarTech ecosystem and ensure its constant optimization

    Qualifications

    • A Digital and FMCG/Retail background with good knowledge of omni-channel marketing process & technology
    • Product ownership experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products
    • Experience and knowledge of B2C communication practices for FMCG/Retail
    • Experience of leveraging analytics data and transactional data for digital marketing
    • Experience in writing clear user stories
    • Experience of end-user support & training
    • Adaptable - able to work with new business models and strategies within an environment that is ambitious and innovative
    • Understanding of online development and new technologies
    • Ability to understand customer data and user journeys
    • Knowledge of different Marketing Cloud & automation capabilities such as SalesForce Email Studio, Adobe Experience Platform, Cheetah Experiences, Google DV360, Monday.com, Bynder & Sprinklr.
    • Technical and business documentation skills (with support from the SMEs)
    • Ability to present & story-tell to the wider team and senior stakeholders to gain buy in with roadmaps
