    Position summary

    ll as support stability study.

    • Submit samples for analytical or sensory testing.

    • Thoroughly document experimental details in laboratory notebook.

    • Maintain and document laboratory inventory

    • Maintain lab equipment through regular equipment calibration.

    • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment.

    • Be the lab manager by maintaining a safe, clean, and organized laboratory environment.

    • Maintain and document lab supply inventory.

    • Effectively collaborate with members of other groups to maintain the lab or conduct lab work.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $59,000 - $88,500.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    • B.S. in the Science field, preferably Food Science

    • 0 - 3 years prior experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment preferred.

    • Must demonstrate relentless commitment to working safely and maintaining a safe work environment.

    • Committed to lab work and able to execute bench top experiments.

    • Must be proactive, reliable, and self-motivated.

    • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to proactively and positively interface with various functions.

    • Must be well organized, capture work details, and highlight any unexpected challenges.

    • Must possess ability to work successfully in cross-functional teams.

    • Computer Skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook (email/calendar).
