Lead new food exploration and innovation territory programs.
Partner with other R&D leaders and cross functional business leaders to build strong strategic plans for new territories exploration and innovation.
Apply foresights, insights, and consumer/human knowledge to define and deliver the agenda.
Manage, balance, and prioritize multiple project initiatives to meet business objectives.
Act as a role model for effective teamwork, building relationships within the Foods Experience and Product Development function and across all partners.
Work with internal and external partners to bring outside perspectives to enhance our innovation capabilities.
Compensation and Benefit Details:
The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100.
Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
9+ years of experience in at least of the following industries: food, beverages, ingredients, flavors, consumer products.
5+ years of experience with End to End Product Development demonstrated via history of innovation concepts to commercial application at scale.
3+ years people managmemt experience
Demonstrated experience applying consumer foresights to identifying new business possibilities.
BS Degree in either Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science, Food engineering, Chemical Engineering.
Operates efficiently and effectively in a matrixed environment and demonstrates effective collaboration across multiple layers.
Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks.
Comfortable leading through change and ambiguity with high business acumen and consumer knowledge.
Ability to travel up to 20% (domestic & international)
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Preferred Requirements:
5+ years people management experience
Masters Degree in either Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Food Science, Food engineering, Chemical Engineering
Design thinking experience
