    What's Your Role?

    PepsiCo is seeking a Director of Sales to support their Walmart Water and Energy businesses. This role is responsible for leading and developing strategic sales plans with the customer and internal cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Senior Director of DSD Beverages for Walmart. The position is located in Rogers, AR.

    Responsibilities

    • Leads and develops customer Annual Operating Plans to deliver Gross sales, Net Revenue, Share, Executional Key Performance Indicator's (KPI), and sales targets for the Energy category

    • Develops winning partnerships with customer and with internal PepsiCo stakeholders by influencing and penetrating multiple levels within both organizations.

    • Ability to lead cross functionally with sales planning, category management, Finance, marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure delivery of relevant innovation and key initiatives.

    • Assists with all aspects of customer's joint business plan (JBP) process, including selling of strategic and tactical plans, while ensuring Sr. Leadership engagement.

    • Provides customer/channel expertise and leadership to drive development of appropriate strategic and tactical plans within business unit.

    • Manages all aspects of planning, merchandising, forecasting and check book management as well as timely communication to all appropriate stakeholders on these critical tasks.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $113,300 **- $**226,600

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out Annually.

    • And an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.

    • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree required.

    • Minimum 7 years sales experience; preferably with a consumer-packaged goods organization.

    • Exceptional leadership and customer management skills.

    • Superior time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan.

    • Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment, agreement, and commitments (internal/external).

    • Strong ability to work within and be successful in a highly matrixed environment.

    • Strong analytical skills: ability to link strategies and objectives to develop a plan.

    • Excellent communication skills: ability to send and receive information clearly and concisely.

    • Ability to work independently and solve problems by leveraging multiple function support.

    • Above average finance skills in order to build compelling profit wins for customer and internal stakeholders.

    • Superior presentation skills, both in development of compelling stories and in presenting them at all levels within customer and internal organization.

    • Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.

    • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
