    Job Overview

    As a Sales Reporting Lead your role will be responsible for providing best-in-class reporting team support and making sure the activity performed is according to business needs, ensuring efficiency and standardization of approach, while working on people's development

    Responsibilities

    Leads a team of Reporting Analysts making sure the activity performed is according to business needs, while ensuring efficiency and standardization of approach

    • Manage systems and reporting tools, maintaining a consolidated data base as enabler for tracking sales execution in the market

    • Manage actual tools for tracking sales (MS Access, Knime, Power BI, Power Apps, Advanced MS Excel)

    • Improve, develop and test new system capabilities

    • Improve capability for system integration of Sell-Out data with OT customers

    • Responsible for implementation of all new platforms, aiming performance improvement of systems, adapting them to market challenges.

    Involvement in business development current needs and special projects

    • Support in reports planning, delivery, changes and improvements

    • Support inside projects coming from the BU

    • Delivering efficient comebacks as a first POC from the escalation path

    • Leading team huddles and managing daily workload

    People management responsibilities:

    • Keeping regular 1:1's with KBS Team members to understand the workload, specifics of accounts, fields for improvement, etc.

    • Help Sales Support Manager to track SLA properly

    • Support KBS Team members in daily activities/challenges related to both scope and relationship building

    • Identify risk both within the Team and also on the line KBS - BU workload - if required

    • Helping with recruitment process, being the second round reviewer for every new hire person

    • Plan daily work/proper split of activities for each Team Member

    • Coaching/motivating/mentoring

    • Tracking P&D properly

    • Support Team Manager in all KBS - BU initiatives

    • Creating actions plan based on survey results

    Qualifications

    • University degree in Management, Data Science, Business, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering
    • 4-8 years of experience in Reporting & Analytics, preferably within sales in FMCG
    • Proven experience of working with MS Access, Knime, Power BI, Power Apps, Advanced MS Excel
    • Being able to present content in a front of wider audience
    • Proven experience in leading large multi-cultural teams
    • Strong leadership and people development capabilities, equipped with general interpersonal skills
    • Dynamic, organized, responsive and able to handle competing priorities and to deliver tight deadlines
    • High analytical skills
    • Risk management (identifying risks and creating mitigation plans)
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English; knowledge of Romanian or Serbian language is a plus
