Responsibilities Note: This role will become part of the standalone Juice+ Company, which is being formed in partnership between PepsiCo and PAI Partners. We are Juice+ Joint Venture The new Juice+ JV company will retain the juice brands that were formerly under the PepsiCo umbrella, such as Tropicana, Naked Juice, KeVita, and Izze. We have multiple manufacturing and warehouse locations in North America. Our headquarters office is in Chicago, IL. Our employees drive our culture. Functional Description: The Juice+ JV Supply Chain Planning Organization provides a demanding, fast-paced opportunity in a competitive industry, where growth equals opportunity and fun accompanies the challenge. Opportunities are provided through different functions in Supply Chain Planning such as Demand Planning and Supply Planning. Location Opportunities - Please Read: In the Juice+ JV, we will place Campus Interns/Full-Time and Graduate hires in roles at both our field and headquarter locations. Potential locations: • Bradenton, FL • Chicago, IL • City of Industry, CA What you can expect: Students are afforded opportunities for beneficial, meaningful work experience in our Supply Chain Planning organization. As an intern, you will be assigned a 10-week project, gain exposure to the supply chain planning leaders, network with members of our Employee Resource Groups, and more. Please read below for more details on our planning organization: • Planning: The supply chain planning team includes demand planning, tactical capacity planning, manufacturing planning, deployment planning, co-pack planning, and material resource planning. The planning organization anticipates the demand for products and plans their materials and components, production, distribution, and sale. They contribute to the overall success of our company by balancing supply and demand, so sales revenue opportunities are fully exploited in a timely manner and at the lowest possible cost. These roles are highly cross-functional and require both strong technical analytical and critical thinking skills as well as communication and influence skills. Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics (other related majors will be considered) Involvement in at least one extracurricular activity Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willingness to work flexible work schedules; for example: early mornings, evenings and/or weekends Ability to adapt to changes in timelines and sequences Excellent verbal and written communication skills Minimum Qualifications - Each candidate is expected to: Graduate with Bachelor’s degree within one (1) year of internship completion.
