    Position summary

    Overview

    The PBNA Foodservice Solution Analyst will be a key contributor and subject matter expert in a cross functional team delivering critical technical solutions and operations deliverables such as stability, security compliance, availability, and performance. This position helps sustain and build out capabilities in our existing Foodservice suite of applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, familiar with Agile software engineering practices and tools, passionate about the development and delivery of quality software, and motivated to partner with product managers, application support leads, designers, engineers, and testers. The Solution Analyst will also collaborate with technology architects to ensure solutions created by each ART and/or 3rd party supplier fit into and support the larger capabilities and direction of the overall solution. Candidate in this position will demonstrate proven skills that can appropriately prioritize and drive mission critical tasks to support and develop key functionality of our systems so that updates and other maintenance tasks are carried out without impacting daily operations. The Solution Analyst must exemplify business subject matter behaviors, concepts and guidelines and lead the Business Analyst activities to ensure quality release deliverables.

    Responsibilities

    • Support Product Managers, Application Support Leads, Designers and Testers of the PBNA Foodservice function, with day to day operations and project deliverables.

    • Support PBNA Foodservice business and associated investment and baseline initiatives.

    • Provide Subject Matter Expertise to ensure stable requirements, designs and support various solution implementations.

    • Provide contributions to Agile / stand up meetings.

    • Contribute to Production Support meetings and Daily Stand-Ups

    • Partner with Business Partners to align understanding on all ticket related activities: Incidents, Service Requests, & Problems

    • Support and contribute to the Response of all PBNA and Technical Operations Impact Surveys

    • Provide support of and align on overall Business and IT roadmap to schedule releases on a quarterly basis, where applicable

    • Provide input and direction on Service Requests and Minor Enhancements for release planning with BPO and MSA teams

    • Identify and escalate any risks with appropriate mitigation to project work with App Support Lead and Product Manager.

    • Verify & validate documentation is available to KT from project to support steady state post Hypercare.

    • Support solution delivery with greater attention and oversight using transformational Agile process steps

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years experience in IT Business Analysis, IT project management or solution engineering.
    • 3+ years experience in call center, sales, and or TPM support
    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related field required
    • Proven track record of success in installation and maintenance of 3rd party software
    • Comprehension of Lean-Agile frameworks, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
