For more information you can enter www.pepsico.com Now we are looking for this position: IT Sr. Service Coordinator Main Purpose Ensures at operational level support processes oriented to end user for LAB across the region, develops governance processes and key metrics to ensure compliance and consistency for Executive Support capabilities oriented to cover VIP users requirements, managing directly vendors and coordinate other IT teams to provide timely solution. Ensures the implementation of CTO continuous improvement process driving proofs of concept, running pilots E2E and new capabilities testing related with CTO services, providing feasibility for transformation objectives and alignment with IT transformation agenda. Qualifications/Requirements Requirements • Advanced English is a must • +3 years of experience as IT Service Coordinator • +2 years Experience on Agile methodology acting as product owner, scrum master or agile coach (desirable) • ITIL foundations V3 • Knowledge on Customer or User experience design • Experience or formal knowledge about Digital Transformation journey • Portuguese (nice to have) Non Technical Skills • Good communication skills • Incident ManagementRelocation Eligible: Not Applicable Job Type: Regular
