Overview
This role is responsible for supporting QFS governance, working in partnership with adjacent GBS capability and systems teams to support local teams to manage the operationalization and maintenance of the QFS program. The role will interact with local site teams to deliver on the day to day needs of the business whilst also supporting longer term initiatives and capability build. Experience of Regulatory governance (QFS) and technical interpretation will be important to success in this role.
Responsibilities
Enterprise Quality Management
Collection and Communication (reporting) on performance and regulatory requirements (https://i.e. Qualitative score carding).
Develop tools, reports, videos, etc. to communicate quality standards and procedures to support training, development or quality campaigns.
Support and enable Implementation and maintenance of the EQMS (Enterprise Management Quality System) {support with comms preparation, aggregation of information for incident reports, translate technical quality standards to frontline friendly materials}.
Manage user access / administration.
Quality Issues Management
Govern and administrate non conformity database; Support assignment of actions, monitoring for completion and comms to highlight current situation with QFS teams.
