    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a highly skilled and talented Supply Chain Coordinator.

    • This role will execute all MyBuy activity which includes purchase requitistion submissions, goods receipts, order management and reporting

    • Purchase requisitions (PR's) need to be created in MyBuy based on a form submitted by the the project managers with full order details

    • Once work is confirmed as completed by a supplier (or when a down payment is required) a Goods Receipt (GR) will need to be processed against the purchase requisition (PR) in MyBuy

    • Internal tracker needs to get updated throughout every step of the process beginning with when the PR is created through when it is fully Goods Received (GR'd)

    • VIM Notifications/Parked Block Reports will begin getting sent to the PR creator once there is any discrepancy within the systems, usually but not liminted to mismatches amongst GR amounts vs supplier invoice amounts

    • PR creator will have to research all issues in both MyBuy and S4 Hana to make necessary adjustments in order to ensure supplier gets paid timely

    • AdHoc requests/questions from suppliers and/or project managers will always come back to the PR creator since they are the ones with full visibility and editing rights to the orders

    • PR creator will often have to work closely with the PBNA SPA box teams (both AP and MyBuy support) to resolve all issues

    • PR creator will set up weekly review calls with each division team to make sure all orders are being goods received as needed as well as work through any open issues

    Qualifications

    • Proven track record of managing multiple and competing priorities.

    • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data

    • Ability to anticipate needs and issues and act accordingly in addition to exhibiting good judgment.

    • Ability to manage workload in a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment.

    • Must be able to flex schedule to meet work demands (ex. early mornings, after hours).

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Strong excel skills preferred

    • Must have advanced PowerPoint skills and be able to independently create high-quality presentations that include charts, graphs, other visuals, etc.

    • Must have strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
