We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our ANZ Supply Chain Team as a Supply Chain Coordinator.
This role is based out of our Chatswood office with flexible working options, and reports to the National Customer Service Manager.
It is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.
Responsibilities
About the Role:
Ensure that a high volume of sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently
Ensure open communication channels with distribution, transport, and inventory teams are maintained
Assist with claims investigation and processing of customer credits
Work with the wider Supply Chain team ensuring that highest level of service are achieved and business objectives are met
Manage daily customer enquiries including problem solving for supply and delivery issues
Qualifications
About you:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a personable and polite manner
Experience in a customer-oriented environment (FMCG advantageous)
A high level of data accuracy
Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet business deadlines
MS Office proficient
SAP experience
