    We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our ANZ Supply Chain Team as a Supply Chain Coordinator.

    This role is based out of our Chatswood office with flexible working options, and reports to the National Customer Service Manager.

    It is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

    Responsibilities

    About the Role:

    • Ensure that a high volume of sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently

    • Ensure open communication channels with distribution, transport, and inventory teams are maintained

    • Assist with claims investigation and processing of customer credits

    • Work with the wider Supply Chain team ensuring that highest level of service are achieved and business objectives are met

    • Manage daily customer enquiries including problem solving for supply and delivery issues

    Qualifications

    About you:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a personable and polite manner

    • Experience in a customer-oriented environment (FMCG advantageous)

    • A high level of data accuracy

    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet business deadlines

    • MS Office proficient

    • SAP experience
