    • Identify and drive high-impact projects across PepsiCo's value chain, including those focused on circular economy solutions.

    • Collaborate with global platforms such as The Recycling Partnership and the Consumer Goods Forum to advance our leadership in sustainable packaging.

    • Develop materials for senior leadership and external stakeholders that support decision-making and storytelling.

    • Track industry trends and uncover new opportunities to accelerate progress toward our packaging goals.

    • Support PepsiCo business units in shaping and executing local partnership strategies.

    • Share best practices across markets to continuously improve program outcomes.

    • Manage third-party consultants to deliver key packaging initiatives on time and within scope.

    Compensation and Benefits

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $115,000 - $130,000 anually.

    • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.

    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.

    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in business and/or related areas (business administration, sustainability, public policy, environmental sciences) required.

    • 3-5+ years of demonstrated experience in program/project implementation, especially in areas related to sustainability, circular economy, collection, and packaging.

    • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze data and create compelling presentations

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Outstanding multi-stakeholder project/leadership management skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively across range of internal/external stakeholders to deliver project outcomes.

    • Strong understanding of corporate sustainability landscape, trends, and emerging issues, particularly those related to the circular economy.

    • Strong time/project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities, and create/deliver against action plans.

    • Ability to remain results-oriented in ambiguous, complex, and less-structured environments.

    • Communication skills of consensus-building, facilitating, influencing, and negotiating.

    • Ability to think strategically and apply analytical frameworks to reach conclusions.

    • Able to effectively work with people from various cultures and levels of matrixed organization to drive results.
