Analyst will be responsible for scheduling process for the internal & external staffing process, within a specific area of business, function or geography
Your Impact
As Talent Acquisition Scheduling Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:
Execute and deliver interview scheduling for US
Good customer service
Meeting Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Proactive communication to candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition Managers
Ability to thrive in a metrics driven organization.
Who Are We Looking For?
Bachelor's Degree (Business, Psychology, HR or related)
0 - 1 year of professional experience in HR (desirable)
Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Advanced English is a must.
Demonstrate the ability to interface effectively with all levels throughout the organization by way of excellent written and oral communication skills.
Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills
Collaborative teammate
Appreciate the need to always handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Displays curiosity and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong client partnerships
Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organizations.
