    Responsibilities

    The Opportunity

    Analyst will be responsible for scheduling process for the internal & external staffing process, within a specific area of business, function or geography

    Your Impact

    As Talent Acquisition Scheduling Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

    • Execute and deliver interview scheduling for US

    • Good customer service

    • Meeting Service Level Agreements timing and delivery

    • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time

    • Proactive communication to candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition Managers

    • Ability to thrive in a metrics driven organization.

    Who Are We Looking For?

    • Bachelor's Degree (Business, Psychology, HR or related)

    • 0 - 1 year of professional experience in HR (desirable)

    • Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

    • Advanced English is a must.

    • Demonstrate the ability to interface effectively with all levels throughout the organization by way of excellent written and oral communication skills.

    • Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills

    • Collaborative teammate

    • Appreciate the need to always handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.

    • Displays curiosity and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong client partnerships

    • Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organizations.
