    Job Overview

    As Total Rewards Advisor, you will be responsible for supporting the Business Unit Total Rewards Lead in the execution of the Total Rewards strategy and programs within the North West Europe Business Unit, You will be also providing support to HRBPs, HR Directors, and interact with external providers and internal stakeholders & peers.

    Responsibilities

    • Delivering Total Rewards services/processes

    • Participating in the implementation and rollout of Europe Total Rewards programs & policies

    • Supporting, training, and coaching the HR team on making balanced Comp Offers for external hires, internal promotion & moves

    • Acting as a gatekeeper on all promotion/equity exception requests to TR policies. Creating and sharing monthly updates of Comp Tool with HRBP's

    • Conducting Job Evaluations using the Hay methodology

    • Coordinating and executing annual salary planning cycle: salary surveys, analysis of market data, job matching, preparation of database, pricing template, etc.

    • Delivering Total Rewards capability training and owning local Total Rewards communications

    • Working on simplification and harmonization of benefits & policies

    • Managing the yearly update of the Total Rewards statement database

    • Acting as an escalation point for employees & HR Ops for Fleet management issues or car policy exceptions

    • Acting as a first point of contact for HRBP's and the Talent Acquisition team for TR policies-related questions

    • Supporting HRBP's with data analytics, insights & costing scenarios to support the Labor Relations agenda and union negotiations

    • Preparing of all the ad hoc reporting or analysis of remuneration-related requests

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor/Master's degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Human Resource Management
    • 4+ years' work experience in Total Rewards/Compensation
    • Service management and ticket management system experience
    • Process management and continuous improvement mindset with a focus on optimization and productivity
    • Ability to work with different geographies and cultural experience sensitivity
    • Excellent IT software knowledge (especially Excel, PowerPoint and HR systems)
    • Strong analytical skills necessary to perform compensation and benefits reviews
    • Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
