    Main Purpose

    This role is accountable for the Service Delivery & Operations of Total Rewards across LATAM focused on lead and assuring user experience, flawless execution, and continuous improvement across the sector for People Cost processes.

    This role plays an strategic bridge between global, regional and local requirements, processes & systems. As well, is a key partner with Finnancial Planning, TR COE and the Relationship Managers of each OU/BU for execution, tropicalizing global processes and tools support on Total Rewards People Cost admininstration.

    • Lead operations and Service Delivery for People Cost in HR Ops LATAM, aligning business needs with global frameworks and guaranteeing the business local /regional HR operation.

      • Cost Simulations / Structure Calculation
      • People Cost Account Analysis
      • Collective Agreements Simulations
      • Productivity Initiatives Follow Up
      • People Cost Dashboard
    • Take responsibility for the People Cost portfolio and process capabilities following guidelines, enabling the TR Relationship Managers in OUs resources to ensure optimal wiring in support of the field HR community.

    • Assure within TR HR Ops & SD team for People Cost the implementation of the governance model, SLAs/ OLAs KPIs and metrics, knowledge management and documentation agenda and continuous improvement.

    • Oversee TR HR Ops service performance ensuring SLA KPI deliverables are met, focus on optimization and skills building plans, planning progressing, overall collaboration models ensuring business expectation of the service.

    • Guarantee compliance and SOX definitions, responsible of audits required by the business.

    • Coordinate with planners to review and understand cost and expense performance and work with Market Unit functional budget owners to construct analyses and projections used in planning exercises.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related.

    • Fluent in English

    • 6 to 8 years of experience in Total Rewards, People Cost.

    • Advanced Excel

    • Excellent analytical/advanced excel skills - ability to analyse and interpret data in order to communicate in an appropriate way to different levels of people both within and outside of the organisation.

    • Experience in working with a variety of different systems to extract and manage information.

    • People Management Skills.

    • Interpersonal skills - able to establish strong relationships within HR Function, Finnancial Planning and different areas.

    • Results oriented, desition making, teamwork, customer service, networking, work under pressure, frustration tolerance, sense of urgency, proactive.

    • Strong communication skills to influence decision making
