Responsibilities

Picture of Success Coordinator

Main purpose

Responsible to produce the Picture of Success and execute the process of creation as one of the principal outcomes of the new Perfect Store holistic model to harmonize the sales team execution principles and guidance aligning all the CVO's components with the regional team to assembly these Pictures of Success defined for each prioritized segment in each OU/MU to guarantee standardization, simplicity and complete understanding of the execution guides.

Your Impact

As The Picture of Success Coordinator your scope will consist of:

  • Deliver a best in class and an on time content of all Pictures of Success required and validated with all the commercial stakeholders (Trade Mkt Leaders, Sales Strategy, Sales Finance, Revenue Management, CatMan, Merchandising, HR & Perfect Store) considering the CVO's components and Conecta2 journey

  • Owner & Responsible of the local Picture of Success production for the prioritized segments, and support the local adaption of the PICoS

  • Responsible of the CVO's validation process (to-be)

  • Leads Commercial MU's Alignment to produce the PicoS

  • Co lead of all the workshops required to robust any Picture of Success

  • Assure Picture of Success into the AOP/PSP process between OU/MU

  • Track all Picture of Success rollout, deployment and updating.

  • Integrate Picture of Success with any transformation process and enablers

  • Takes all the Feedback and corrections and design/Produce the new proposals.

  • Train in collaboration with HR training team of the OUs the main topics of the picture of success pillar to empower the local key players in each market

  • Ensure the execution of the new model of PICoS across LatAm

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education: Marketing, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, MBA desired.

Functional Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales.

  • 1-2 years of experience in multi-channel in sales. (Trade Marketing Analyst/Deployment Leaders)
    Programs: Illustrator and Photoshop
    Background in Project Management (a plus)
    Sales transformation experience
    Trade Marketing / Channel Marketing / Sales Development
    Advanced English Skills
