Position summary

Overview

This role will be accountable for leading all preparation and execution of readiness and deployment activities for PGT deployment in the West Division focused on manufacturing. The PGT project will convert 150+ backend systems to SAP. The chosen candidate is expected to have a strong background in manufacturing in PBNA. This role will partner extensively across the organization with the larger PBNA PGT project teams, baseline business leaders, IT organization, and with various external partners on the project.

The foundation of this role will support onsite go-live, training, change management activities, and proactively look for and action future system concerns and adjustments.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Division manufacturing point person for PGT integration readiness

  • Work with local teams on required daily management systems, work processes, and staffing needs to drive location readiness success.

  • Serve as point person to collaborate, prioritize, and manage issue resolution - track issues for the division, prioritize across functional areas, support operations-driven solutions, lead communication with PGT Deployment Team. Hold review processes and communications with Division Manufacturing Leadership.

  • Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to PBNA PGT project leadership.

  • Lead adoption and change management, implementing process improvement to drive application sustainability.

  • Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within warehouse operations, inventory management, production, maintenance, and quality.

  • Own Division Readiness KPI's/Scorecard - hold consistent reviews, communication of results, follow up on gaps drive ownership into impacted location functions.

  • Lead site mapping exercises at PBNA manufacturing facilities.

  • Produce project deliverables and ensure overall quality - includes Design/Build, Configure/Test, & Deployment.

  • Training coordination - Ensure location end-user readiness, identify training gaps and opportunities, coordinate execution of training.

  • Reach out to external consultants and baseline team members for advice, guidance, and assistance

  • Collaborate with PGT Deployment Team on post-go-live support and resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Technical or Process Oriented Discipline.

  • Previous Supply Chain Manufacturing & Warehouse consumer products industry & SAP integration & deployment experience is preferred.

  • Minimum of 6 - 8 years in bottling operations in Supply Chain. Solid understanding of Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, Maintenance, Inventory Management, and WMS logic.

  • Demonstrated ability to gain alignment with multiple stakeholders on activities, responsibilities, and success measures.

  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization, managing competing priorities and connecting the dots across multiple large-scale initiatives that have an interconnecting impact across functions.

  • Collaborator with the ability to excel in an agile, collaborative, ambiguous environment.

  • Percent Travel: 50%-75% in accordance with project progression and requirements

Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $113,300 - $226,600

  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 25% of annual salary paid out Annually.

  • And an additional target payout of 10% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.

  • Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.

  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
