GES Warehouse Optimization Associate Manager
Responsibilities
The GES Optimization team supports the implementation of GES for FLNA. Our team role is to provide direct operations support for GES Plant Warehouses with a primary focus on data analysis, day to day process optimization and performance analysis tools (Excel/Access/SQL/SSRS/Tableau/PowerBI).
Typical Projects have included.
GES Control room development, real time feedback tools.
Vision and database AI integration.
Create a national database of consolidated site data to create performance. dashboards, and a repository for those tools.
SQL Server/SSIS/SSRS Development.
Cloud based computing, and data pipeline construction.
Power BI performance reports.
Development of working prototypes to be included into future Warehouse IT releases.
Partnering with 3rd party vendors to develop POCs (proof of concepts) for new technology.
This role provides visibility to various aspects of the GES organization. As you develop new insights and processes you'll have direct contact with Warehouse Leadership teams, Engineering and 3rd party venders. This role allows technical individuals continued development of their technical skills while also partnering directly with day to day Warehouse operations.
Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree Engineering / IT / Logistics / Supply Chain
Strong database and data structure background
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Power BI coding/creating tools experience
Manage and develop people
Demonstrates ownership without being directed (addresses issues and follows up for closure)
Ability to influence field processes and build positive relationships
Ability to collect and document user requirements
Preferred Candidate
(Advanced) Spreadsheet (Formulas/Pivot/Charting)
(Moderate) VBA or Other Programming Language
(Moderate) SQL understanding
(Advanced) PowerBI
(Basic) Database - Access/Oracle
