    This role is L8 or L9 based on experience

    Job Description:

    • Lead Zone daily operations

    • Lead team of salaried Operations Managers and Frontline employees

    • Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service and safety

    • Develop individuals and the team to solve operational issues

    • Motivate the team to achieve performance targets

    • Coach team to facilitate problem solving

    Responsibilities

    • Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals

    • Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues

    • Motivate team to achieve plan goals

    • Ensure FOMs develop and facilitate work team meetings (examples: pre-shift, roundtables, etc.)

    • Solve Zone operational issues

    • Administer policies and practices Initiate and implement projects

    • Conduct presentations and formal training programs Improve team communication and engagement

    • Think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same

    Compensation & Benefits:

    • The expected compensation range for this position is between $68,000 - $113,850
    • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
    • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually
    • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree REQUIRED - prefer in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related major

    • Demonstrated leadership ability Highly motivated self starter

    • Project management skills

    • Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly

    • Ability to give/receive constructive feedback Ability to lead a team based approach to decision making

    • Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment

    • Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED

    • This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States

    • Must be 18 years of age or older

    • Willingness to work off shifts, weekends, & holidays
