Frito-Lay, a key business unit within PepsiCo, is a market leader in the snack food industry. We are the makers of some of America's favorite snack foods including, FRITOS®, LAY'S®, DORITOS®, CHEETOS®, AND TOSTITOS®.
This role is L8 or L9 based on experience
Job Description:
Lead Zone daily operations
Lead team of salaried Operations Managers and Frontline employees
Responsible for people and team development, quality performance, cost, service and safety
Develop individuals and the team to solve operational issues
Motivate the team to achieve performance targets
Coach team to facilitate problem solving
Responsibilities
Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short & long term performance goals
Communicate cross-functionally to assist team to solve operational issues
Motivate team to achieve plan goals
Ensure FOMs develop and facilitate work team meetings (examples: pre-shift, roundtables, etc.)
Solve Zone operational issues
Administer policies and practices Initiate and implement projects
Conduct presentations and formal training programs Improve team communication and engagement
Think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same
Compensation & Benefits:
• The expected compensation range for this position is between $68,000 - $113,850
• Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
• Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually
• Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
Bachelors degree REQUIRED - prefer in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related major
Demonstrated leadership ability Highly motivated self starter
Project management skills
Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make tradeoff decisions quickly
Ability to give/receive constructive feedback Ability to lead a team based approach to decision making
Demonstrated ability to work in a results oriented, challenging environment
Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States
Must be 18 years of age or older
Willingness to work off shifts, weekends, & holidays
