The Enterprise Architect will lead the engineering team in the analysis of network performance patterns and target solutions to improve overall performance of enterprise networks. The Enterprise Architect will work with the Senior Project Manager to lead the team through assessment, solution development, and implementation into viable capabilities for our customers. They will work collaboratively with the customer to ensure valuable capabilities are delivered within each Sprint and that the highest value features with the shortest duration are delivered first. They will work closely with team members and partner companies to decompose high value features into deliverable tasks.
Provides the technical leadership and direction in implementing enterprise network analysis, design, implementation, and management practices. Responsible for leading and engaging in network analysis, design, implementation, and management projects including the Enterprise Architecture, network models and flows, design standards, and performance quality standards and processes. Responsible for developing and maintaining the logical Enterprise Information Architecture that enables seamless information interoperability of networks and systems. Proven experience in developing enterprise architectures aligned DoD policies and standards. Proven experience performing conceptual, logical and physical modeling with modeling tools and design tools in complex, large-scale network environments. Experience in developing and implementing IT architecture plans, Enterprise Information Architecture standard and guidelines, network design methodologies and strategic plans.
Must have experience delivering technical solutions in an Agile methodology. Requires 12 to 15 years with BS/BA or 10 to 13 years with MS/MA or 7 to 9 years with Ph.D.
Experience with DoD infrastructure solutions, JRSS, GCDS, Enterprise IT Design Converged Infrastructure, Akamai, Dell, and Cisco solutions are desired. Agile certification highly desired.
