Perspectas Civilian, State and Local segment partners with the U.S. Federal Civilian State and Local governments to provide infrastructure services, business solutions, and digital transformation services that help them achieve policy objectives and integrate citizen-centric services.
Serves as the Contractor's program manager, and shall be the Contractor's authorized interface
with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government
Has responsibility and accountability for the performance of the entire contractor staff (including subcontractors).
Assigns appropriately skilled and trained personnel, establishes work schedules, and reviews work discrepancies.
Supervises contractor personnel, and communicates policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
Formulates and enforces work standards.
Performs quality control; ensures contractor performance meets established performance standards.
Coordinates all project administrative matters with the COR.
Requires BA/BS with 10 years of experience with at least 4 years of management level responsibility. Incumbent has specialized knowledge in at least one area of expertise and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas. Or experience in lieu of
A Master's Degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications,
or other related management or technical discipline.
15 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in IT or cyber security program
- Eight (8) years of experience in managing cyber security or information assurance
support programs of similar size, complexity and scope.
Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction
in identified Tasks areas. Demonstrated experience in the management of funds and resources and in managing
large complex task order contracts.
Certification Required: Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certification Desired: CISSP
Must hold Active Secret or higher
