Perspectas Civilian, State and Local segment partners with the U.S. Federal Civilian State and Local governments to provide infrastructure services, business solutions, and digital transformation services that help them achieve policy objectives and integrate citizen-centric services.
This series covers engineers, professional licensed engineers, scientists, and NAS systems analysts. The series is intended to provide services in support of NAS systems rather than business oriented IT systems. There are NAS support systems that are administrative in
nature that have an active interface to the NAS that may require some of these skills to maintain and engineer the interface. The series is also intended to provide engineering service in support of Air Transportation Support activities for operational locations including facility
maintenance, modification and remediation as well as various levels of equipment repair. R&D support service resources may be specified from this labor category series.
Provide National Security Communications support to the C3 program office. Communication systems includes Homeland Secure Data Network, Secure Voice/Secure Facsimile Data Network, Secure Conferencing Systems, secure Satellite Telephone and KMI Operating Account Manager support.
Homeland Secure Data Network (HSDN) Support. HSDN is a SECRET collateral network for secure collaboration between DHS, Federal Civil Agencies and State/Localentities. Support includes creating new accounts, issuance of end user PKI tokens, providing end user training, maintaining current accounts, & functioning as a liaison between FAA C3 Program Office and DHS.
Secure Voice/Secure Facsimile Data Network Support. C3 Program has available secure voice products including the vIPer, STE, OMNI, and Secure Iridium. The Contractor must provide support to all of these voice and data equipment.
Secure Conferencing Systems Support
The Contractor must provide support in the design, implementation, operations and maintenance of a secure voice communication and secure video conferencing system. Systems to be maintained include PolyCom and SVTS.
Satellite Telephone Support. The C3 Program Office purchases and deploys both transportable and fixed satellite phones. Satellite phones may be secure or clear and require initialization before being deployed in the field. The Contractor must maintain the operational suitability of all C3 Satellite telephones. The Contractor must provide the deployment support by conducting site surveys, installing Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) cards and tracking locations. Contractor is Point of Contact (POC) for the maintenance and replacement of the radios in the satellite network.
Requires 12 to 15 years with BS/BA or 10 to 13 years with MS/MA or 7 to 9 years with Ph.D.
TS/SCI w/ poly
Qualifications: Engineering, math, and science degrees are required. When supporting tasks that are Air Traffic Operations, Air Traffic Safety System, Air Traffic Management, Air Traffic Operations Training, Air Traffic Safety System Training, or Air
Traffic Management Training, for the Senior and Senior with Special Certification Levels, any combination of degree, certification and relevant experience will be considered if the relevant experience requirement is satisfied.
