Perspectas Civilian, State and Local segment partners with the U.S. Federal Civilian State and Local governments to provide infrastructure services, business solutions, and digital transformation services that help them achieve policy objectives and integrate citizen-centric services.
Lead a team of project managers, engineers, and partners to implement and provide an integrated, enterprise-wide voice, video, and call routing solutions in addition to wireless network access at Agency offices for both federal and contractor employees.
Support complete effort to provide enterprise solutions and consolidate existing systems and solutions for agency's telephony voice services using VoIP technology, video teleconferencing, wireless network internet access, enterprise contact center call routing, and active directory.
Ensure that detailed plans are developed, communicated, and then tracked as work is executed.
Interact with customer to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met and all work efforts are coordinated.
Oversee project to the satisfaction of the customer statement of work, on schedule and within budget.
Manage all risks and issues that are identified throughout the life-cycle of the project.
Provide agile project management for new implementations in advance of turnover to the service management team.
Monitor team performance and ensure project resources receive the training required to perform their duties.
Review and manage all changes requests according to the defined change management processes.
Lead project meetings, status calls, coordinate project activities and manage stakeholder expectations.
Provide regular project status updates including project progress toward achieving the objectives defined in the business case.
Effectively use a variety of technology tools to create and deliver materials (i.e. WebEx, video conferencing, online training, etc.).
This position will have strong verbal and writing skills, strong project management skills, and possess a strong and varied networks and unified communications background. The ability to represent the team in briefings and create presentations are key. This position is expected to have a good understanding of all UC systems, architecture, technologies and related activities and be able to converse and provide recommendations to the team and Federal team on unified communications activities and actions. Training required to support this expertise in existing and potential future technologies will be required and provided by the contractor.
10 years of analysis related to design, development, and integration of hardware and software to support large scale UC environments
Familiarity with DevOps and ITIL processes
Experienced in AWS, AZURE, Google Cloud Services, and other Cloud environments
Experience with Cisco VTC, Avaya/Polycom telephony, and other UC technologies
Experience managing geographically disperse, on-site Tiered support team
