The Intelligence group provides high-end systems engineering and integration products and services, data analytics and software development to national and military intelligence customers. Responsible for the direct supervision of the Systems Engineering/Analysis staff. Reviews and prioritizes network needs and analyzes project costs and feasibility. Develops systems analysis standards and methodology consistent with technical requirements. Schedules staff to obtain proper response in a timely manner. Reviews recommendations for systems improvement. Responsible for the employment, training and discipline of assigned employees.
Incumbent has specialized knowledge in at least one area of expertise and a general knowledge in 1-2 other areas. Position requires an IC role on program.
System Engineering Manager is responsible for the following:
- Leading a team 5-10 engineers
- Completing assessments for each engineer
- Staff open positions
- Understand and implement corporate policies
- Approve time cards
- Help leadership team in communication plans
- Be an ambassador for program and corporation
- 4 years of management level responsibility.
BS 10-12 years of Experience
MS 8-10 Years of Experience
PHD 5-7 years of Experience
