Workforce Staffing Manager
We are searching for a Workforce Staffing Manager, in a cybersecurity environment, who will provide planning, organizing and scheduling of resources to ensure that companys labor requirements and staffing needs are fulfilled. In this role, you will work with Human Resources department and assist in recruiting, sourcing and hiring talent. The candidate will also ensure identifying hard to fill roles and take proactive actions. In addition, you must be demonstrating the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and wide range of stakeholders. Plan, organize and implement sustainable staffing strategy. Investigate company's staffing needs and take actions to staff accordingly. Work with recruiting agencies when needed. Identify hard to fill roles and take proactive actions. Assist in candidate screening and interviewing. Assist in new employee onboarding. Evaluate new staff. Assist with new employee orientation
Design and plan work shift schedules. Aid with payroll procedures and activities
Identify staffing and recruiting KPIs. Prepare and present KPI reports. Create and present and submit reports for upper management
Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD.
Experience as a Staffing Coordinator/manager or similar role
Experience in designing effective customized HR strategies
Knowledge of staffing trends and best practices
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Critical thinker with a problem-solving mind
