The AM ( Account Manager) develops and applies an understanding of customer organizations and networks and of diverse influences that affect customer decisions

Is an innovative, creative and demand generating role with a strategic vision for Pfizer primary care medicines and vaccines.

Detailing of assigned products within Pfizer Netherlands to the primary care prescribers, based on customer, medicine and vaccine lifecycle needs.

Strategic account planning and account development to continue growing revenue, customer satisfaction and recurring business within your accounts.

Communicate directly with selected customers, which will include General Practitioners (GP’s), Pharmacists, GGD’s and travel clinics face to face and through virtual interaction

Managing your customers portfolio on a daily basis and establishing business relationships via multichannel and omnichannel communication via the customers preferred channel.

Main responsibilities

• The AM is responsible for virtual and face to face communication with a selected segment of customers to drive the information delivery and multichannel applications on certain disease areas and assigned products demonstrating effective communication and selling skills.
• Contribute to driving Pfizer Netherlands overall commercial success, revenue, and business growth by generating demand for the assigned products and by promoting them.
• Staying up to date on core products and consumer markets
• Acts as a first contact and sparring partner for customers and gather relevant market insights
• The AM ensures customer management and administrative systems/processes are maintained and updated to ensure an accurate record is available at all times

About you

• Bachelors’ degree in health or science
• Basic medical knowledge
• Driving license B
• Customer field experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Preferably understanding of primary care health system
• Advanced communications skills
• Team- and networker
• Analytic
• Fluent in the Dutch (C2) and Business English (C1)
