    Location: Field based position with the Head office in Capelle aan den IJssel

    About the role

    Are you really customer obsessed? Are you all about being out there where the healthcare professionals need your help and advice? Then seize this opportunity! The Account Manager Rheumatology and Gastroenterology is a key role in changing healthcare environment to support our customers and patients based on their expectations and needs.

    Is an innovative, creative and demand generating role with a strategic vision for Pfizer autoimmune portfolio. And this is a ‘game changer’ role in the new Healthcare environment.

    Main responsibilities

    • Identification and selection of the key customers for rheumatological and gastroenterological business
    • Communication of the product details and therapeutic area related information to selected customers with the help of different communication channels including face-to-face and digital interaction
    • Support of the key customer related projects and respond to customer requests in collaboration with different functions and groups at Pfizer Netherlands
    • Ensure proper customer related data analysis
    • Strong knowledge of relevant products and therapeutic areas
    • Support in organization and participation in key related events (conferences and symposia)

    About you

    • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences
    • 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical industry (preferably as Account Manager or any relevant position)
    • Knowledge and competencies:
    • Good Analytical skills, understanding of the external healthcare environment;
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills;
    • Proven relations network with relevant healthcare professionals;
    • Strong knowledge and expertise in usage of the digital communication tools;
    • Team player and Leadership without authority;
    • Excellent planning and project management skills. 
    • Dutch (C1) and English (B2)
