What You Will Achieve
Your role will be accountable for facility engineering construction activities involving coordination with architecture/engineering firms in developing design criteria and preparing layout and detail drawings. You will also be preparing bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition, reviewing and estimating design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs. Your role will also work on inspecting or directing the inspection of construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications and schedules.

How You Will Achieve It
Contribute to the completion of facility project tasks and/or milestones.
Manage investigations related to Engineering systems (QARs), including performing the data gathering for the investigations, writing the reports and coordinating meetings with all the affected parties.
Track and follow-up on time completion of CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) that result from investigations, audits, PQS compliance Assessments, timely revisions of Engineering SOPs with SOP owners.
Review all CRs (Change Requests) related to Engineering systems and projects. Act as the Engineering main contact for all regulatory and internal audits and inspections. This includes reviewing all information provided to auditors.
Ensure system compliance with Pfizer and cGMP requirements and specifications.
Where applicable, work to improve system efficiency, effectiveness and reliability.
Collaborate with managers within the project engineering group to ensure the mission, objectives and strategies are executed consistently.
Support development /review of functional specifications, vendor proposals.
Qualifications
Must-Have
B-Tech with 3+ years or Diploma with 5+ years in Pharmaceutical / similar industries.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and Projects).
Solid PC business software skills including document authoring, spreadsheet and database management are required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Nice-to-Have
Experience in successfully developing and implementing policies, procedures and best practices.
Previous experience and knowledge of manufacturing production and utilities systems.
Effective and proactive communicator with the ability to build consensus, influence and negotiate.
Excellent written, verbal and graphical (PowerPoint) communication skills.
