BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree required, Master degree or above is preferred;
Minimum of 10+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 7 years in commercial management role
Demonstrated track record of producing outstanding results as a leader of teams and/or organizations with significant scale.
COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS
Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels;
Established contacts and relationships with related stakeholders;
Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.
Demonstrated entrepreneurship mindset, accountability, agility, overcoming obstacles and focus on action and implementation in line with Pfizer Cultural Characteristics.
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
