ROLE SUMMARY
We currently have an exciting opportunity in Pfizer UK Oncology for a Commercial Strategy Manager (CSM) on our in-line Haematology brands. The successful candidate will be the brands’ country lead, responsible for driving the success of three medicines for the treatment of different types of leukaemias.

Today, we have an industry-leading portfolio of 24 approved innovative cancer medicines and biosimilars across more than 30 indications, including breast, genitourinary, renal, blood and lung cancers.
This role reports to the UK Oncology Marketing Director and will be leading the cross-functional brand team, to define and evolve brand strategies, shaping and executing key omnichannel tactics to enhance leukaemia patient outcomes, customer experience and brand success.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Planning and Resource Allocation:
Lead on Operating Plans and financial forecasting and submissions as part of the planning cycle for this portfolio
Accountable for strategy development and execution of key tactics for three brands
Accountable for the planning, spending and controlling of budget agreed for areas of responsibility. Demonstrate compliant use of financial systems and processes
Based on insights and needs, tailor message platform for UK customers maximizing optimal omnichannel mix
Continuously observes competition, performs market and potential analyses, and derives strategic implications for the products
Customers and Stakeholders:
• Active Global-local working through close collaboration with the various Global commercial teams. Implementation of strategically aligned global and local tactics, including piloting innovative global initiatives
• Develop brand messaging & tactics according to customer segmentation and patient profiling
Close working with the Omnichannel team on content planning, development, execution and tracking of the omnichannel engagement tactics
Support field leader, field force and orchestration of the omnichannel plans
Close working with field team to build deep insights on customer and business understanding
Actively engage with KOLs and other important stakeholders to co-create promotional materials and activities
Identification of relevant opinion leaders, medical societies, cooperative groups and study groups
Translate National policy to ensure that brand strategies are aligned to the new NHS structure and that local policy is optimised for tumour area

Walton Oaks location, usual flexible working arrangements apply (i.e. candidate may need to be office based ~2-3 days/week). Travel for conferences and internal meeting required – 25% time.
