    Position summary

    Job Description

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Own brand strategy & implementation of marketing programs for key Pfizer primary care field brands in Taiwan. Define and drive country primary therapeutic area (TA) and brand strategy, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and operating expenses of assigned brands, ensuring the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide insights and brand feedback to Country Portfolio Lead (CBL lead)
    • Brand P&L management
    • Tailor brand and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for key primary care field brands.
    • Select best-fitting modules from regional/global content; translate and trans-create brand materials, as needed
    • Collaborate with global marketing to execute global project locally.
    • Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project)
    • Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target
    • Allocate and execute in country brand budget
    • Cross-functional brand leadership – across field force, account management, medical, legal, regulatory, etc.
    • Train field force on product positioning and prioritization
    • Partner with medical to educate KOLs on emerging medical research and differentiated product attributes

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    Accountable

    • Brand Plan: Develop brand plan and review brand strategies with key stakeholders
    • Campaign Development: Select best fitting modules for country needs
    • Promotion Meetings: Manage compliance review of materials
    • Ensure projects successfully launch and execute on track.

    Shared Accountability

    • Develop country Op Plan and influence sales targets and brand A&P allocations (with CM/Commercial lead/ Category Lead /CBL)
    • Long-range forecasting (with CM/Commercial lead/Category Lead/CBL)
    • Revenue adjustments, as needed (with CM/Commercial lead/ Category Lead /CPL)
    • Develop promotional meetings strategy (with CBL)
    • Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w/medical, regulatory and training team)
    • Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with medical

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    Qualifications:

    • 5 -10 years of pharmaceutical experience includes sales and marketing, and preferred marketing experience (3yrs above)
    • Bachelor’s Degree; master degree or MBA desired
    • Fluent English in speaking and writing
    • Independently execute projects and manage marketing requirement
    • Preferred in-line marketer responsible in primary care field
    • Learning agility
