    Position summary

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Own brand strategy & implementation of marketing programs for products in Vaccines BU. Define and drive country specific therapeutic areas and brand omnichannel marketing strategies, drive product growth and lifecycle management, forecast revenue and operating expenses of assigned brands, ensure the realization of revenue and profitability targets in country.

    POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Be the lead person representing Vaccine products at a country level, responsible for achieving annual revenue and expense targets as well as developing strong relationships with both in-country and above country teams

    • Involve in the company’s long term planning that identifies new business opportunities, markets and partners

    • Tailor and execute brand strategies to local market needs, and define local priorities for Vaccine Products

    • Work with medical and legal team to get appropriate approval for brand plan and materials

    • Implement the brand plans by working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on time and budget

    • Monitor and analyze business performance vis-à-vis business goals (awareness, share and etc) and the competition

    • Manage the operating budget versus realization in order to ensure effectiveness of budgeted expenses

    • Ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders to drive NIP and guidelines for Vaccine Products

    • Train field force on product knowledge, positioning and prioritization

    • Collaborate with sales team to ensure brand strategy compliance and market feedback

    • Ability to move fast in response to what is happening in the external marketplace

    • Is able to create modular content with new ways of working with Legal/Reg to quickly assemble content for all channels

    • Is able to rapidly test content and channel mix to respond to real-time customer behavior

    • Is familiar and uses Interconnected channels that can be personalized to shape customer experience, omnichannel strategy and action

    • Has demonstrated experience that shows he/she has finger on the pulse of the customer and leverages omnichannel approach to impact behavior and mindset with speed and agility

    • Has deep analytics fluency, continuously monitors insights, and has a test-and-learn, iterative mindset

    • Leads efforts to develop innovative and integrated digital omni-channel strategies to build proficiency in Customer Experience; develop tactics to communicate brand messages effectively and efficiently to customers, with interconnected and consistent provider journeys across solutions

    • Shapes and leads the development of rapidly-created, agile and modular content using available tools

    • Uses streamlined content testing and actively identifies gaps to inform new content development

    • Embeds foundational analytics capabilities (e.g., global dashboards, tracking/reporting of metrics and KPIs) via coordination with global analytics teams and rapidly adjusts engagement approach based on new insights

    • Adopts best practices for leveraging go to market solutions in HCP engagement; provides feedback and share voice of customer to internal partners for solution evolution

    • Uses real-time customer behavior to sharpen customer segmentation and execution of marketing mix – delivering content that is more relevant and timely

    • Drives brand strategy and interactions, leveraging customer insights along the journey

    • Adopts best practices for omnichannel marketing activities to improve efficiency (e.g., deep understanding of analytics to efficiently interpret complex dashboards)

    • Working with digital ensure search engine optimization (SEO) is incorporated into marketing tactics to ensure that our channels are at the top of search engines as this drives how many visitors go to our channels

    • Must be customer obsessed and a proactive and active listener

    • Ability to understand the different messaging needed for different generations

    • Strong leadership skills with ability to cascade Pfizer’s culture, attract top talent, empower colleagues, motivate and inspire team to exceed expectations

    • Partner with medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes

    • Support country business leads on long range forecasting, OP planning and budget/sales target allocation

    • Ensure all marketing and business programs/practices are compliant to applicable local, global and company laws and guidelines

    Regional/Local Commercial and cross functional teams.

    HCP, Govt Agency eg Health Promotion Board, Health Science Authority, Expert Committee in Immunization, NGOs, Medical Associations

    Silo contributor but interacts closely with sales team

    EDUCATION

    • Bachelor’s Degree (Science / Pharmacy Degree desired) , Master Degree or MBA desired

    EXPERIENCE

    • Both marketing and sales experience with medical understanding of related areas
    • Proven track record of developing innovative strategic solutions and good business results
    • Appreciation in P&L and financial information
    • Ability to analyze market data well
    • 5 years of pharmaceutical industry &/  >3 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
