    Position summary

    Country Brand Manager, Primary Care

    Role Summary:

    Develop, manage, and deliver on all the operational, marketing strategies and promotional activities for oral COVID treatment in Hong Kong Market, to ensure effective pre-launch/launch with all needed resources available to all customer facing colleagues, in order to maximize patient impact, and accessibility that will change patient life.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support Strategic and Tactical Brand plans based on local customer insights
    • Develop innovative impactful promotional programs, activities and exact events to provide proper implementation of marketing plans in accordance with promotional cycles and current targets/tasks.
    • Optimally utilize available expenses to drive the same
    • Work on campaigns, supporting the preparation of the project brief, agency selection process, CEP registration, progress tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of monthly report.
    • Collaborate with medical and legal team to get appropriate approval for materials and work with Cross Functional Team (e.g. Regulatory Affairs, Market Access etc) to drive oral COVID treatment objectives
    • Train field force on product knowledge, positioning and prioritization
    • Control performance of the marketing plan by monthly/quarterly monitoring of key performance indicators and monthly reporting KPIs
    • Prepare for POA/Reviews and other important meetings
    • Manage local agencies for trans-creation (budget, scope, timing, and quality of project)
    • Forecast brand performance and track progress towards target
    • Monthly field communication on performance, action items for the brand

    Accountability:

    • Brand Plan: Review of brand strategies by regulatory / legal
    • Campaign Development: Select best fitting modules for market needs
    • Promo Meetings: Manage compliance review of materials

    Shared Accountability

    • Develop Life Cycle Management Plan for oral COVID treatment portfolio
    • Long-range forecasting for oral COVID treatment portfolio
    • Develop promotional meetings strategy and drive execution
    • Validate brand-specific messages, design training (w/medical, regulatory)
    • Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with Medical

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales and commercial experience. Understand trends in health care and pharmaceuticals, customer and stakeholder landscape, competitive dynamics and sources of business in Hong Kong.
    • Bachelor’s Degree, Master Degree or MBA desired
    • Proficiency in the local language as well as English proficiency
