ROLE SUMMARY:
The US HEME/BSM Oncology Business is one of the largest and fastest growing businesses within Pfizer. Currently, Pfizer's Hematology portfolio is a leader in Leukemia with inline products in ALL, AML and CML. Pfizer's Hematology Portfolio has expanded to include our B-Cell maturation antigen (BCMA) targeted bi-specific antibody, elranatamab, for the treatment of Multiple Myeloma. This asset is considered one of Pfizer’s top 25 launches by 2025. Multiple Myeloma is highly prevalent with substantial mortality and high rate of relapse on existing treatment options. The current Multiple Myeloma marketplace has an estimated value of ~ $32B in most major markets by 2024.
The US HCP Multiple Myeloma Marketing Director will report to the VP, US Hematology/Biosimilars Franchise Lead. This role will drive the strategic development and execution of HCP non-personal omnichannel and digital initiatives to support the successful US promotional launch and continued growth of our BCMA targeted bi-specific antibody.
This role requires strong strategic, communication and analytical thinking as well as creativity, judgment, and decision-making skills. This team operates in an environment that embraces and encourages innovative ideas and creates a culture of supportiveness and teamwork. This individual needs to manage multiple priorities, have attention to detail, collaborate across the enterprise, and learn from and improve upon existing processes or develop/implement new processes, where appropriate.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead market development strategy and execution inclusive of innovative digital tactics and disease education
Shape and lead the development of rapidly-created, agile and modular content using available tools
Use streamlined content testing and actively identify gaps to inform new content development
Lead development and execution of effective US HCP omnichannel strategies, messaging, and tactics including launch website and other digital assets
Embed foundational analytics capabilities (e.g., global dashboards, tracking/reporting of metrics and KPIs) via coordination with Analytics team and rapidly adjust engagement approach based on new insights
Manage BM3.3 Dashboard and KPI tracking to ensure omnichannel effectiveness and identify opportunities to pivot as needed
Lead med ed and congress strategy and execution with a focus on branded P2P opportunities
Act as commercial lead in REMS workstream to ensure operational excellence
Effectively work within and embrace the Glocal model and ways of working
Drive voice of customer insights through Development of relationships with thought leaders/KOLs to further customer experience knowledge
QUALIFICATIONS
10 years of experience in commercial/pharmaceutical marketing
Bachelor’s degree required.
Pharmaceutical/Biotech brand management experience required
Strong team player with demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with experts from a wide range of cross-functional areas
Experience in working with different channels i.e. digital
Experience in creating tailored ways of engaging with external stakeholders
Track record of synthesizing complex information and distilling critical customer insights
Able to rapidly test content and channel mix to respond to real-time customer behavior
Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills for a wide variety of audiences, including senior management.
High-energy, proactive self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously and the confidence and ingenuity to initiate, create and innovate.
Ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and create concrete and actionable plans
Strong analytical skills; detail and action oriented; innovative

Other Job Details:
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $144,900.00 to $232,200.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Salary range does not apply to the Tampa, FL location.
Relocation assistance may be available based on business needs and/or eligibility.
