    Position summary

    在业已签署的协议框架内,支持保证海正项目顺畅运作和过度。与海正保持良好合作关系,实现该项目的战略目的。

    Support the smooth operation & handover of the HISUN project pursuant to the signed agreements between Pfizer and Hisun. Alliance with Hisun to achieve the strategic goal of the project.

    Daily Coordination and Communication

    日常协调与沟通

    -Responsible for communicating with HISUN in daily work and establishing a good cooperative relationship with the relevant teams

    负责与海正进行日常工作的沟通,与相关团队建立良好的合作关系

    -Responsible for maintaining close communication with the PC1 project management team abroad, reporting business regularly, attending and organizing meetings

    负责与境外的PC1项目管理团队保持密切沟通,定期汇报业务并参加和组织会议

    -Coordinate and communicate with Pfizer  China’s HISUN project team to ensure the smooth operation of HISUN project

    与辉瑞中国海正项目相关团队协调沟通以确保项目的正常运作

    2.Financials

    -Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate communication and calculation on financial related matters

    与跨职能团队协作,确保财务相关事务的有效沟通和核算

    -Coordinate and prepare all Hisun related compensation, penalty or any other 海正 related financial settlement materials and application

    3. Strategy

    • Lead cross functional team for strategic decision (stock build up strategies caused by various reasons, product recall and management strategies, risk management strategies, public communication strategies for contingency matters, etc.)

    4. RA SOP and others

    • To work with RA team at both sides to set up necessary working process Memo, etc.

    -Coordination for RA related works which do not have established working process

    对未建立工作流程的注册相关工作进行协作。

    5. Facilitation for samples

    跟进样品

    -Facilitate with 海正 for sample needs from Pfizer departments ( RA, medical, etc.)

    协调辉瑞各部门跟进海正的样品需求(注册部,医学部等)

    6.Legal matters

    -Renew agreements as necessary

    必要的合同更新

    -Draft new agreements based on business requirement (for samples, HR service agreement, etc.)

    7. Pricing management

    价格管理

    -Work with 海正 and Pfizer team to set up new prices when there is a business need

    -Manage the prices/rebates for distributors in 2 invoice provinces

    9. Two-Invoice

    -Coordinate with Commercial, GFS and Commercial Finance colleagues to set up the whole process for 海正 two-invoice area business.

    -Work as the commercial rep from Pfizer for 2 invoice policy provinces:

    Approve for price/rebate

    10. AR/Commission

    应收账款/服务费

    • Supervise monthly commission confirmation (local and overseas), PO applications and payments. Facilitate any miscommunication or potential issues between the Hisun, Pfizer and Pfizer internally.

    -Faciliate issues related to PGS strategic move from legacy SPCs to PEBV within Pfizer teams and between Pfizer and the 海正 (ARs, commissions, contracts…).

    协调PGS战略调整贸易法人实体过程中产生的一系列问题(应收账款、服务费、起草相关合同等)

    -Support Pfizer Audit related issues - internal CCR team and external agency.

    支持辉瑞审计相关事宜-内部CCR团队及外部代理。

    11. Supply Related Work

    供应相关工作

    -Monitor supply shortage risk and facilitate supply issues and allocation plan with cross-functional team if in need

    按照需要与跨职能团队合作,去监控供应短缺风险并跟进协调供应分配及其他供应相关事
    -Facilitate issues related to Pfizer China RDCs with distributors .

    跟进辉瑞RDC和分销商间的相关事宜

    12. Others

    • -Any other ad-hoc demand from various teams within Pfizer and the Hisun
    • 按需处理其他辉瑞与海正间有可能发生的问题

    背景要求

    1.大学学历-经济学,管理学相关专业优先

    2.项目管理经验,具备一定财务基础

    3.良好英文及中文沟通,海外留学经历优先
