1、负责对涉及公司业务中央和重点地方相关政策的及时收集和整理,主要包括,且不限于
-医疗卫生体制改革和发展
-医疗保障
-医疗卫生
-医药准入等。
2、根据公司业务战略目标和需求,支持政策团队准备和及时提供相关政策变化情况和趋势分析,包括支持政策团队定期内部政策信息分享邮件和文件等。
3、结合业务需求,支持政策团队起草用于影响业务环境或外部政策影响沟通的文件资料等。
4、支持政策团队与外部行业、企业学会内政策分析相关分支机构,或政策学术研究机构等合作开展的旨在影响外部政策和业务环境的项目与活动。
5、支持政策团队在准入团队内,以及与其它各业务、支持部门所进行的内部分享、培训等相关事宜。
任职要求:
-本科以上学历,医学、药学、公共卫生,管理等相关专业优先
-(经理职务要求:5年以上政策分析、政府事务、医药行业工作经验,)有相关政策分析、政府事务、跨国企业相关从业工作经验优先
-有一定政策敏感度和分析能力
-中英文书面及口头表达沟通能力
-项目管理能力和经验
-结果导向
-富有团队合作精神
