In collaboration with Category Medical Affairs to timely conduct medical initiatives, such as Educational Medical grant, Research grant, and Compassionate Use Program, etc.
In collaboration with Category Medical Affairs to ensure timely and efficient communications to complete required internal/external approval processes including system administration and maintain good documentation, etc.

Field Medical Manager should be familiar with internal regulation requirement and be able to communicate correctly with cross function partners to make sure the quality and efficiency of project execution;

Experience in the management of field-based medical function

Education
The area of medical or clinical or biotechnology science bachelor's degree or above
Additional training / diploma in management, such as MBA would be a plus
Experience
Experience in external engagement
Strong, confident, and engaging presentation skills
Knowledge of "pharmaceutical medicine" including clinical pharmacology, medical and paramedical sciences, medicine and medical statistics and relevant Therapeutic Area/Products
Expertise in clinical trial design and methodology, and understanding of interfaces
3 years of MA or relevant function, would be preferred
