Health Representative - Internal Medicine

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for contacting designated client groups and explaining features and benefits of products offered and maintaining relationship with current clients and keeping them informed of company products. Responsibility for the optimal business conditions for Pfizer products according Pfizer target and strategy and tactics. Responsible for organizing local educational activities for healthcare professionals.

MAIN REPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

• Promote products to designed customer´s groups in order to achieve territory plan objectives
• Build relationship with targeted costumers to enhance territory knowledge to gain product confidence
• Diagnosis of situation of territory to design and implementation of territory business plan to achieve  business objectives
• Analyze and interpret market intelligence from a range of sources to ensure that knowledge is up to date and appropriate for input into decision making.
• Liaise with team members to share information, motivate and support team members
• Internal participation on tactics and strategies together with sales and marketing

EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• We are open to candidates with  no or short previous experience in similar position / pharmaceutical sector.
• Educated to degree level in medicine, biology or pharmacy is an advantage
• Fluent in Czech as a must have
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Positive thinking and motivation, results oriented personality
• Interest in further professional development and growth within the company
• Positive attitude to digital technology and building capabilities

• region České Budějovice (České Budějovice, Český Krumlov, Prachatice, Strakonice, Klatovy)
• region Tábor (Tábor, Příbram, Písek, Pelhřimov, Jindřichův Hradec)
