    About the role

    Do you love providing educational & scientific content and supporting General Practitioners? Then this might be the role you have been looking for! Understand the territory in depths and stakeholders network. Be creative and implement projects to improve patient care and outcomes based on the patient pathways to create better customer experience. Act as a trusted partner and supporting General Practitioners (GP’s) and Pharmacists. Responsible for onboarding GPs to new operating model platforms (e.g., PfizerPro and other digital engagement portals). Drive engagement with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) on educational & scientific content. Identify key strategic GP Group Practices and Networks, including decision making / influencing network. Understand their needs, challenges and priorities.

    Main responsibilities

    • Contribute to driving Primary Care overall commercial success and growth in engagement with HCPs and other stakeholders by providing educational & scientific content and supporting General Practitioners (GPs) and GP networks. Drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content with GPs and Group GP practices, pharmacists and other stakeholders
    • Actively engage in creating awareness and shaping patient access initiatives and help accelerate patient access in primary care setting
    • Serve other Business Units within the company based on their portfolio needs in Primary Care
    • Implement projects to improve patient care and outcomes
    • Build and execute an effective omnichannel engagement strategy

    About you

    • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in medicine and/or Pharmacy
    • Work Experience: ideally 2-5 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the Primary Care market
    • Ability to communicate effectively and strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication and listening skills.
    • Strong team player 
    • Strong commercial acumen
    • Driving license B
    • Fluent in the Dutch (C2) and Business English (C1)
