Job Description:
Develop and implement local market access and pricing strategies for all key assets, working closely with the country’s cross-functional team and Global Market Access team.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain an excellent level of expertise on local access legislation and on local competitive Intelligence (competitor pricing and market access).
· Understanding of payer requirements and priorities, and providing input into global strategy through the collection of local payer insights.
· Construction of a highly cross-functional environment, with the Regional and Country Brand Leads is a must, in order to develop solid strategic access plans.
· Develop integrated local market access, plan, across all payer channels that consider global deliverables and local requirements, and payer dynamics.
· Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers and follow-up on pending processes.
· Develop and promote novel solutions for negotiations with payers through the development and implementation of Innovative Market Access Agreements (IMAAs).
· Coordinate with local HEOR, to review the adequacy of global models to meet local customer needs.
· Coordinate with NAMs to support the inclusion of Pfizer assets in formularies
· Develop and implement key initiatives to expand access to complete portfolio in targeted customers and payers.
· Identification, selection, and adaptation of corporate and/or regional development initiatives, which could contribute to the success of the business in the CAC markets.

Qualifications:
· Advanced English.
· 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in sales, commercial, pricing, or marketing: previous experience in the role, or 5 years as Product Manager.
· Bachelor's Degree. (Healthcare professional is a plus)
· Solid strategic thinking.
· Strong communication skills.
· Team player, most of the work will involve working cross-functionally and in a matrix setting.
