    Hemophilia Portfolio Manager (m/f/d)

    Role summary:

    • The Hemophilia Portfolio Manager is a unique role that covers all elements of marketing an established inline portfolio and corresponding services as well as preparing the landscape for the launch of new and innovative therapies.

    • This is a marketing position with national responsibility that will provide the candidate with an opportunity to lead key strategic initiatives while also applying analytical and marketing skills towards our goal of ensuring patients and HCPs can benefit from our transformational therapies. The Hemophilia Portfolio Manager will lead the local in-country cross-functional team to develop and drive commercial strategies in-country.

    • In Rare Disease we cultivate a mindset built on collaboration, accountability, and integrity. Questioning the status quo to further help patients is not only encouraged but expected.

    • Be the key market expert with full understanding of the environment, competitors, customer’s and patient’s needs to build the country strategy and tactical plan, including e. g. field selling, contracting, pricing, supply and reimbursement, patient access and support, and interactions with patient advocacy groups

    • Manage and be accountable for revenue and DME budget including phasing and forecasting

    • Partner with Global Launch Teams to co-create, prioritize, and deliver in-country asset level launch readiness per the Launch Excellence framework

    Role Responsibilities:

    Marketing & Strategy/Launch excellence:

    • Bring operational excellence to our Launch plan and execution

    • Contribute to execution of key programs as per operating plans

    Leadership:

    • Demonstrate in-country cross functional team collaboration

    • Manage relations with key internal & external stakeholders

    • Ensure effective engagement and collaboration with Global brand teams

    Financial Planning:

    • Manage the planning, spending & controlling of budgets agreed for own areas of responsibility

    • Input into country LRFs

    • Monitoring performance vs KPIs as appropriate

    Digital:

    • Develop & execute the Hemophilia portfolio omnichannel strategy

    Customer Engagement & Insight:

    • Ensure that customer and patient insights and service needs as well as market issues are well understood and processed into the local and GLocal business plans

    • Conduct all activities and make all decisions in accordance with Pfizer regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • University degree

    • Relevant experience in commercial/marketing experience in pharmaceutical industry

    • Experience in the field of Rare Diseases is a plus

    • Proven record in project management and delivering on budget and time

    • Relationship management: demonstrate track record of ability to influence others without authority

    • Actively supports positive team culture

    • Develops and champions new ideas and questions the status quo

    • Entrepreneurial spirit

    • Must have excellent organization skills/ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

    • Track record of working collaboratively with others across functions

    • Expertise in building Multi-stakeholder partnerships & networks (internal & external)

    • Has complete understanding of all relevant compliance laws, policies, and Pfizer processes

    • German and English fluent
