    Position summary

    • Role-models advanced skills and competencies of a PHR

    • Develops and maintains speakers and other Key/Emerging Opinion Leaders (KOL/EOL).

    • Develops and updates Territory Master Work Plan (TMWP) as source of relevant information and guideline in planning specialist MD calls and implementation of programs.

    • Develops territory based programs that may result to the following improvements:

      • Increase understanding of target MDs of available treatment options for cancer
      • Access of patients to the ethical products being promoted
    • Monitors the sales, product movements and inventory levels at the trade outlets (drugstores, subdistributors, and industrial outlets) and hospital pharmacies.

    • Coordinates with sales distribution to ensure availability of products, monitor product movements and make support documents available whenever necessary.

    • Prepares and submits reports on time on the following items:

      • progress and performance in relation to the market, competitors and company's products
      • all needed administrative reports
    • Conducts events and activities that will promote awareness of target MDs on available treatment options for cancers and updates on effectiveness data based on available clinical trials.

    • Supplements promotional activities with territory-initiated POAs to counteract competition.

    • Performs other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

    • Adheres to company values and policies at all times.

    • Willing to be assigned in Mindanao

    QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

    EDUCATION

    • College graduate of a 4 or 5 year course

    EXPERIENCE (applicable only for this job opening)

    • PHR for at least 2 years

    • Willing to be based in Mindanao.

    • Willing to travel throughout the Philippines.
