    Position summary

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead administrative function at the PGS Site
    • Lead the security function at PGS Site and at the commercial office
    • Responsible for maintaining industrial peace, harmony and cordial relations with CBA and shall ensure compliance of various applicable labor laws and CBA agreements.
    • Be able to represent organization at various internal and external sites and to act as a Factory Notified Manager.
    • Responsible for harmoniously settlement of Charter of Demand.
    • Custodian of discipline and advice modalities to proceed with disciplinary action and make necessary arrangements as per local labor laws.
    • Collaborate/partner with company lawyers for Strategies, Changes in labor Laws, Labor Court Cases etc.
    • Responsible to ensure registration of all insurable employees under EOBI, SESSI, Education CESS and payments thereof and filing of returns under applicable labor laws, Timely Claim Management is also required.
    • Responsible for maintaining good relations with government agencies and officials.
    • Responsible for establishing clear terms and conditions of contracts with the assistance of lawyer, monitor conduct of contractual employees and verifying the payments to contractors.
    • Responsible for monitoring actual v/s authorized regular (unionized) as well as contractual manning in all divisions/departments
    • Manage administrative budgeting with PGS Finance
    • Manage security budgeting with PGS Finance & commercial finance
    • Manage and oversee all administrative activities on site including change room, uniform inventory management, reception area, ATM machine, parking areas, boardroom, meeting rooms, prayer areas, pool car management, common rooms.
    • Responsible for time office activities including liaison with vendors for timely pay disbursements and billing.
    • Contract management for all facilities vendors including third party manpower and services contracts and collaboration with business for daily operations / administrative matters
    • Close coordination with EHS and IR for department’s respective activities
    • Timely maintenance of the admin block and security premises in collaboration with engineering function.
    • Implement “MSR Manual” at Site and in the Commercial Officer in collaboration with PGS Lead office and Country Manager in collaboration with the Regional Physical Risk Mitigation Team.
    • Collaborate with business for GetAccess System at Site.
    • Responsible for access, control and guard patrolling system 24x7.
    • Manage physical, information & assets security and develop Security Risk Assessment & Site Security Plan
    • Manage all security related activities on site and commercial office including executive security protocols (as and when required), demonstrations and strike response, security support during adverse notifications, violence training etc.
    • Assist people in understanding their responsibilities regarding information security
    • Report any information security risks, threats or breaches to Global Security (Local and Global).
    • Have knowledge of the main Information Security Corporate Policies and programs.
    • Identify areas for potential improvement of information protection controls for the Site and Commercial Office
    • Inspect effectiveness of active process improvement initiatives and make useful recommendations
    • Maintain positive relations with government institutions and officials.
    • Correspond with S.I.T.E. Association of Industry and S.I.T.E. Ltd.
    • Establish clear terms and conditions of contracts with the collaboration of PGS Lead office and internal counsel

    Must Have:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized university
    • Min. 6 years of relevant experience
    • Stakeholder, time and project management.

    Good to have:

    • Masters or relevant certification from an HEC recognized university
    • MS Office: Notes, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel.
