Your focus and ability to meet HVAC team strategic targets will help in completing critical deliverables. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between cross departmental teams.
Through your comprehensive knowledge of HVAC principles, concepts, and theories of the HVAC discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies for accelerating energy efficiency improvements and decarbonizing efforts.
You will collaborate with cross departmental 24/7 teams of HVAC engineers and technicians whose focus is on the day-to-day operations of over 2,000 HVAC systems and its infrastructure.
You interact with the Pfizer global network and global Utility teams to align on corporate guidelines, objectives, master planning and benchmarking.
You monitor regulatory and compliance driven demands and trends continuously to adjust policies and remediations for environmental, energy reporting and dashboarding.

Continuously evaluate new HVAC related technologies and technical developments.
Experience with HVAC data modeling and optimization tools.
Participate in the site Energy SPoC network and Energy Initiatives.
Be an advocate for the Pfizer https://NetZero.2040 decarbonization program.
Support the https://NetZero.2040 deployment Change Management program.
Maintain the unified utilities data management strategy aligned with existing core solutions.
Explore predictive data modeling options for life cycle and energy management.
Explore smart IIoT technologies for HVAC applications.
Coordinate colleagues and contractors training for new technologies and applications.
Benchmark with internal and external resources.
Mentor and guide junior staff and serve as a technical trainer, whenever necessary.
Clearly communicate progress and issues to management and peers.
Applicant must have HS Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
OR an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience;
OR a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of experience;
OR a Master’s degree with more than 3 years of experience;
OR a https://Ph.D. with 0-2 years of experience.
+10 years Expert level experience of HVAC systems concept design, implementation, startup and maintenance.
Experience with HVAC controls, data historians including design and interfacing.
Excellent project management, presentation and communication skills.
Good Organizational skills and can meet project task deadlines.
Proven ability to work in team environment and contribute as a team member.
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to change.
Ability to communicate technical issues to management, above site organizations and customers in an effective and understandable manner.
Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
The ideal candidate should have a background in cGMP regulations and the practical application of those methodologies to control systems.
Data Management experience, IIoT Applications, PDH systems (https://i.e. OSI PI).
Certified Energy Manager – Certified.
Prior experience with Industry https://4.0.
Prior experience with Schneider Electric Power Metering Ecostruxure PME software and components.
