Ensures executional and compliance excellence across all marketing processes. For all marketing processes within a therapeutic area, is a knowledgeable resource, cross-functional point of contact and a point accountability. Assesses and tracks compliance KPIs across a therapeutic area team. Monitors emerging risks and escalates risks to responsible bodies.
Responsibilities
Marketing activity planning
Executional Assessment
Tactical strategy and executional tracking
Tracking of the effectiveness of events in terms of fulfilling brand strategy.
Tracking of spending across all events in a therapeutic area broken down by brand, event type and vendor.
Tracking of emerging risks with updates to therapeutic area lead, compliance and other related bodies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Medical or Medicine
Familiarity with multinational corporate compliance culture; knowledge in PRC anti-bribery laws and regulations a plus;
Good command of oral & written English
3-5 years marketing experience or 2 years DM/local marketing experience
3-5 years of administrative executional experience within a Multinational Pharmaceutical company
