ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
Contribute to creating and leading commercial strategy and tactics of CMT
Adhere to Pfizer company policies, compliance rules/regulations, SOPs, and pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS
More than 3 years of experience in commercial (brand marketing, digital marketing, and/or sales strategy/management) is required
Fluent communication in Japanese and English in both writing and speaking
Analytic and strategic thinking and ability to articulate business direction and priorities
Strong leadership, project management, and coordination skills across large groups of cross-functional teams
Actively contribute to creating and implementing innovative ideas, as well as to fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork
Understand analytic tools/methods, demonstrate the ability to collect customer insights, and translate them to implications which leads to the robust brand strategy
Build broad accountability, trust, empower, and adapt own style to fit the needs of the situation and individual
Be agile in delivering the values of Pfizer vaccines
