    Position summary

    ROLE SUMMARY

    • Vaccines National Sales Manager – VNVC will have responsibility over strategy of Vaccines portfolio with a focus on Prevenar 13 and new vaccine launching
    • The National Sales Manager is a key leadership position within Vaccines business.
    • He/she will be responsible for leading a team of VNVCs and related Specialists.
    • The position is responsible for Planning and Tactical Execution.
    • The position collaborates with cross-functional brand teams and critical business partners to develop potential opportunities

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform duties within the representative office’s permitted activities

    • Lead and develop Vaccines VNVC teams focused on exceeding operation expectations through proper strategy.

    • Recruit and hire high performing teams that can deliver on our Vaccines mission.

    • Partnership across the internal and external stakeholders to maximize resources including but not limited to MSLs, Market Access, Operations and partners

    • Engage the broader cross-functional teams to identify issues and develop solutions to set operation plan.

    • Work with business leadership to create and translate brand strategy into a national plan of action.

    • Operate as brand champion in execution of relaying vision and tactical plan alignment to customers.

    • Drive organizational learning within the operation

    • Other assignments as allocated by the representative office from time to time

    Expected Performance Outcomes

    • Identify new and unique business opportunities; devise planning and measurable action plans to create meaningful operation development solutions
    • Develop and manage relationships with Pfizer’s  top customers and potential key accounts
    • Understand current and future market and challenges in the healthcare industry; discern trends and leverage data to optimize corporate decision
    • Plan, design and execute high quality meetings that drive operation goals, creates a sense of ownership and excitement for the team, ultimately driving engagement and performance.
    • Analyze and understand markets and customers, support for operation optimization and expansion
    • Hold teams accountable for their performance and drive a solution focused approach to people management
    • Create and grow relationships with KOLs and other key stakeholders within and outside Pfizer to ensure maximum support and collaboration

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Graduated from Pharmacy/Medicine University
    • Minimum 10 years in key Commercial/Sales Leadership roles (ex. Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing) in health care or related experience required.
    • Very strong direct people management/leadership experience, including prior experience leading management level teams; Proven ability to lead, develop, coach and engage and inspire high performing, diverse teams.
    • Very strong communications skills
    • Very strong demonstrated leadership skills consistent with Pfizer values such as patient first and bold moves.
    • Demonstrated high level of commercial capabilities and clear cycles of success in prior commercial roles. Ability to maximize business opportunities and insights. Strong ability to innovate, collaborate and deliver results
    • Demonstrated capabilities and traits for career path agility to progress to other key roles
