    As Network Account Manager (NAM) for Infectious Diseases you will generate demand, based on an understanding of the needs of the account, and the ability to service and connect account level Infectious Diseases customers to meet agreed business objectives. You are seen as the one who thinks beyond customer demands and needs and is a trusted advisor within the strategic accounts.

    Main responsibilities

    • Position Pfizer strategically and regionally as a partner who accelerates the transition to a patient-centered, sustainable healthcare system.
    • Design and implement account plans for the strategic accounts, reflecting Pfizer Netherlands 1-3-year business objectives ensuring access for a Infectious Diseases product portfolio (Anti-Infectives and Vaccines) in specialty care setting.
    • Identify Infectious Diseases Customers, incl. decision making / influencing network, inclusive of various specialties who play a critical role in secondary care setting. These range from ICU specialists to Microbiologists, Hematologists, HCPs at hospital vaccination centres and other relevant specialties.
    • Connect and communicate multiple insights from various stakeholders to develop an account plan of action.
    • Ensure objectives of the strategic accounts are met and pro-actively provide updates and financial forecasts. Problem-solve complex account/ institution challenges.
    • Detail the assigned medicines and vaccines, disseminate information and educate via multi- and omnichannel communication in the Infectious Diseases customer target group via the customer preferred channel.

    About you

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences
    • Work Experience: 7+ years of relevant (sales) experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferably as Account Manager) with an Infectious Diseases customer network
    • Knowledge and competencies: strategic thinking, market & competitive analysis, problem solving skills. Building and maintaining account relationships. Excellent insight regarding the Decision-Making Unit and the overarching networks. Is a strong team player and has excellent communication skills.
    • Dutch (C2) and Business English (C1)
    • Driving license B
