    Position summary

    OMNICHANNEL ENABLEMENT - FRANCE (Pfizer Temp 12 months)

    Role Summary

    This role will be part of Omnichannel Enablement EU5 team and be responsible for supporting Omnichannel Enablement service delivery activities within France that allow the business to drive quality at scale. The Omnichannel Enablement role will collaborate with the Omnichannel Enablement team for France, other Biopharma Ops Vertical teams and Biopharma Ops Partners (BOPs) to operationalize key Omnichannel Enablement services.

    Omnichannel Enablement is responsible for the development and operationalization of measurable Global Omnichannel service offerings that enable Pfizer to have meaningful and connected engagements with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Patients across multiple touch points. In support of this goal the Omnichannel Enablement is charged with local market operational execution of BU marketing programs through available HCP Marketing Omnichannel and services whilst meeting Global standards, including compliance, legal and business requirements, on time and to budget.

    KEY ATTRIBUTES:

    Responsible for enabling the deployment, driving the adoptions and guaranteeing the sustainability of the services include but are not limited to:

    • Marketing Automation & Personalisation capabilities through execution of outbound (eMail) marketing programs
    • HCP Portal: to engage customers with promotional messaging, and/or access additional Pfizer products and services.
    • Journey Orchestration to track HCP behaviours across touch points, identify behaviours & trends and deliver dynamic personalised content & messaging.
    • ePermission governance to support customer acquisition strategy (collection, management, data quality and reporting)
    • Manage and oversight Omnichannel reporting to measure Omnichannel performance and guarantee KPIs consistency across Global Standard Dashboard.

    Collaborates with the rest of the Omnichannel Enablement team to deliver strategic solutions that advance and optimize Omnichannel Enablement activities under a GLocal model

    Reports to Omnichannel Enablement Lead – EU5

    ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of Omnichannel service providers and ensures on-time delivery.
    • Working with enabling functions to ensure delivery of global / local chennels and all relevant local approvals and compliance standards and practices are met.
    • Serve as local expert to advise marketing teams on how to structure and implement a successful Omnichannel strategy to enhance the customer experience.  
    • Support the development and delivery of measurable campaign plans for the BU that deliver maximum value across customer touch points and journeys, ensuring adherence to Omnichannel standards and compliance requirements
    • Enable efficient & effective through GLocal programs
    • Enable Operational metrics aligned with commercial effectiveness strategy guidance

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • BA Required; MBA or equivalent Master’s-level education preferred
    • 2/3 years of Experience in commercial roles:  marketing, digital marketing, business operations are preferred
    • Demonstrate passion for digital and innovation
    • Demonstrated history of working on innovative/transformational projects
    • Drive for optimization/excellence
    • Influence and communications skills - ability to generate credibility
    • Team working, decision making and up-to-date knowledge on digital trends and best practices
    • Ability to work with metrics and KPIs to evaluate and optimize the digital performance
    • Strong communication skills in France and English, both orally and in writing
